VNHC is a non-profit home health and hospice agency, providing care to residents of lower Fairfield County since 1912. Services offered include nursing, therapy, social work, home health aide, bereavement, volunteer, pastoral care, homemaker and aumere (mother’s helper). We also provide hospice care in the Rosenthal Hospice Residence in Stamford.
