The Bruce Museum's interactive exhibition, Digging for Dinosaurs, puts visitors in a paleontologist's boots as they discover where to look for dinosaurs, how to uncover their fossil remains, and what the fossils reveal about these "terrible lizards." There is an excavation area where visitors can scrape away matrix to free cast dinosaur bones. Displays of fossil and rock specimens and expedition images put the activities into context. Museum hours are: Tuesday through Saturday 10AM to 5PM, Sunday 1-5PM. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and students, and free for children under five.
